These pictures were taken of a very sleepy koala bear.
At the time of our visit, Edinburgh Zoo was home to two koala bears who do spend most of their days sleeping, so this was not an unusual sight. The photos were taken indoors and with the koala bear behind a glass enclosure, however, we still managed to capture the sweetness of this tired, furry, grey marsupial. Hopefully our next koala bear photos will show them a bit more lively!
