Here we have pictures of the small horse that is the Shetland Pony.
These Shetland Pony photos were taken during a visit to a wildlife park. This small pony was white and grey with a long mane and tail and was tame and content enough to be approached, hence we were able to take these pictures.
Although maybe not as graceful in movement as other larger horses, the Shetland Pony is very sweet and gentle and is often used as a riding horse for children.
